Destination Elopement at Limetree Beach in St. Thomas Leandrew planned almost every detail of their elegant wedding on the sand at Limetree Beach in St. Thomas.
The couple was delightful and playful on their wedding day. Leandrew and Natalie exchanged vows while their officiant,
Michael, presided over their ceremony.
The newlyweds had the beach to themselves and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery.
Limetree Beach is located on a sleepy bay on the southside of the island. It is just minutes from Marriott Frenchman's Bay Resort and well-maintained.
As can be seen in the photographs, on the far right side of the beach is a rock face and rock formations making for a beautiful backdrop for photos.
Even though it had rained most of the day, the cloud-cover made for soft lighting and kept the hot Caribbean sun at bay. And thankfully, the rain held off for a couple hours for the ceremony and beach photography.
The ceremony started at 5 pm and their photos were taken until just after 6 pm...just as the sun began to set over the island.
Limetree Beach is one of the best on St. Thomas for sunset weddings. It faces mostly west, so the light is perfect for photos this time of day.
